Dr. Lukas Klinsmann
Head of R&D
Dr. Klinsmann was one of the first key persons who was hired during the early expansion years of C3K. His first strategic task was the structural reorganization of R&D activities and establishing reliable processes for further developments of products and service. Additional he was confronted with the challenge to find suitable and high-performance staff for the key department.
Dr. Klinsmann first got a Diploma in Electrical Engineering and made his PhD at University of Stuttgart in the field of electromagnetic effects on asynchronous motors.
Yasmin Weinsberg ppa.,
Head of Procurement (authorized signature)
The procurement department includes the strategic development of supply chain management and the operative purchasing of products, half finished goods and raw material.
Yasmin Weinsberg started her career at C3K in 2010 after her job education as industrial clerk. After a short time Felicitas and Dr. Manuel Krauss expressed their trust and delegate authority to act in the name of C3K.
PhD Tarek Erin
Order management
Order Management is the interface between production, R&D, procurement, sales and quality. Tarek Erin designed the order management as a combination of project management, capacity planning of manufacturing and shipping department. The department is the so called organizational brain of C3K.
Tarkek Erin started his engagement at C3K after his PhD in industrial engineering at University of Glasgow. His thesis also dealt with this unique department design.
Olaf Jürgens
Vice president of Production department
Olaf Jürgens is a well experienced master craftsman in the field of electrics. During the years he also dealt a lot with mechanical issues and is now an allrounder with many leadership experience as well.
Olaf Jürgens is since 2002 with C3K and in full responsibility with all production departments. He was one of the first management persons who was hired after foundation and the first expansion.
Anil Randasamadlan
Head of Quality Management
His department is not only dealing with product quality. Further more they are responsible for processes, certification, change management and also co-responsible for hiring of staff.
