Order Management Facts
1. Due to poor situation in folding process, all orders which are now in manufacturing process are delayed for one week. Delivery date will not match the order confirmation and will be delayed.
2. Due to CoVid infection, half of the team in programming department is sick at home since one week. Programming issues are therefore postponed for every(!) order for one week!
3. In general, all orders for Europe planned exactly to the delivery date. International orders include one week buffer.
4. In
general, customer contracts are including penalties with approx. 1 % of order
volume each week delayed.
