1. CAUSA MEYER:
Mr. Martin Meyer was dismissed one year ago.
He had stolen operating tools
and was observed from other employees from C3K.
Now he is taking legal action
against the company and suing for severance pay. Mr. Meyer was with C3K for ten years and earned 68.000
€ for his last full year.
2. CAUSA SCHILLER:
Mrs. Schiller was also dismissed two years ago. She was a team leader but
demotivating for the whole team. Additional she did not take the responsibility
for KPIs and the work of her teammates.
Mrs. Schiller was more than six years with C3K and earned 72.000 € for her last
full year.
3. CAUSA GOLHAHN:
Mr. Adrian Golhahn was working for the C3K R&D department and left the company last month on his own. Now he
is on court due to his inventions while working for C3K. He invented the back-end
software for the ENERGY OPTIMIZATION product.
